Petrosteel supplies seamless (SMLS) line pipe from 1/2″ to 28″ OD (wall thickness 4.0–65.0 mm) and ERW line pipe from 5″ to 26″ OD (wall thickness 3.2–22.2 mm), manufactured to API SPEC 5L, ASTM A53 / A106 / A333, DIN 1629, JIS G3454-3456-3458 and CAN/CSA Z245.1, across four broad service categories: Onshore, Offshore / Subsea, Sour Service, and High-Temperature Steam Service.
Offshore & Subsea Capability
Full dimensional tolerance control (diameter, out-of-roundness, wall thickness and straightness) and mechanical property qualification (yield/tensile strength, Y/T ratio, hardness and Charpy V impact energy) are available for grades L245N/BN through L690Q/X100Q, satisfying API, ISO and DNV-OS-F101 requirements. Subsea reeling-qualified line pipe (reel-laid installation) is available for deep-water and North Sea-type projects, and sour-service pipe is qualified for HIC/SSCC resistance per NACE TM0177 / TM0284.
