API OCTG and high-collapse proprietary series
Standard API casing (4-1/2″ to 20″ OD, grades H40 to Q125) and tubing (2-3/8″ to 4-1/2″ OD, NU/EU/8rd threads) are held in stock, alongside premium and proprietary series developed for the most demanding well conditions. Reference: TP-V series casing (273.05 × 13.84 mm, TP-CQ connection) has been run as intermediate casing to a depth of 7,087 metres in a single extra-deep well — among the deepest single-well casing strings on record for this product line.
For wells with elevated CO₂ or H₂S partial pressure, Petrosteel supplies low-chromium (1Cr / 3Cr) and martensitic stainless (13Cr, HP13Cr, SUP13Cr) casing and tubing, together with sour and severe-sour service grades qualified to NACE SSC test methods A and D. Drill pipe is supplied to API SPEC 5DP, ISO 11961 and SY/T 5200, including heavy-thickness pipe for sour-service tool joints, quenched and tempered and NACE TM0177 Method A qualified.
